The only person who almost doesn’t put his mind into the publication is our webmaster. Why?

The website www.grafia.cz is created with the help of editorial (publication) system which after 10-minute training can handle almost anybody who has been sometimes working with the common text editor. Under the own password can put the information into the relevant pages project managers, assistents, education department workers, editors, production manager...

The advantage is the IMMEDIATE possibility of publication because the necessity of transfering the information to the webmaster is omitted. Therefore there is no need to wait for publication and the consequent proofreading.

Another advantage is also a possibility to limit the validity of the pasted text chronologically. The system will consequently archive it automatically.

Pasting pictures is also very simple.

Although at the beginning we were afraid so that we wont’t spoil anything, it seems that the system is fool-proof.

And because we can operate the system we started to use it also for internal awareness - as the intranet. It means we have two very similar instruments that allow us publishing information quickly which saves both time and money.
